Welcome to Canvas and Charm. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, paint party events, digital content, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or participate in our events.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay for events. Minors may attend family-friendly events only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Event Reservations & Payments

2.1 Booking

Reservations for paint parties must be made through our website or through any approved booking platform. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.

2.2 Payment

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Group & Private Events

Private parties may require a non-refundable deposit. Final guest counts must be submitted by the deadline stated in your confirmation email.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

Refund or reschedule eligibility will depend on the event type:

Public events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event for a refund or credit.
Private events: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 10 days in advance.
No-shows: No refunds, credits, or reschedules are provided.

3.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another event.

4. Event Conduct

By attending an event, you agree to:

Follow all instructions provided by our instructors and staff
Use all materials safely and responsibly
Avoid disruptive behavior that may affect other participants

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior without offering a refund.

5. Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is served or permitted at our events:

You must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages
You drink at your own risk
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption

Venues may impose additional policies.

6. Waiver of Liability

By using our Services or participating in a paint party, you agree that Canvas and Charm is not liable for:

Personal injury or property damage resulting from participation
Allergic reactions to paint or materials
Damage to clothing or personal items
Accidents caused by misuse of supplies or equipment

Participants attend at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork designs, instructional materials, branding, and website content are owned by Canvas and Charm or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.

Photos taken during events may be used in our marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. User Accounts

If the website allows account creation, you agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality
Upload harmful or unlawful content

We may restrict access to anyone violating these rules.
